November is officially the World Vegan Month! This month commemorates the founding of the Vegan Society and is dedicated to spreading awareness about the vegan lifestyle.
Unlike vegetarians, vegans prefer a plant-based, non-dairy vegetarian diet. Even if you do not plan to go strictly vegan, there are other vegetarian-like diets to choose from. A vegetarian diet avoids meat but allows dairy products whereas a pescetarian diet avoids meat but allows fish.

This cookbook features more than 150 vegan recipes inspired by the Italian cuisine. To Chloe’s credit, she is the first vegetarian chef ever to have won a TV culinary competition.
