Spiced Pumpkin Donut Holes

Nothing says fall like spiced pumpkin donut holes, a super delicious pumpkin inspired treat! There are so many delicious recipes to make with pumpkin, either canned or from the real thing, you can’t miss out on this seasons favorite food.


  • 1/2 cup sugarpumpkin donut holes
  • 1/4 melted butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin spice coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cinnamon sugar


Note: You’ll need a greased mini muffin pan.


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix the sugar, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, and melted butter. Add in the pumpkin spice coconut milk. Stir in flour and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Take the muffin pan and fill each mini muffin cup hallway full with the mixture. Use a cookie scoop to make the donut “holes”.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until they are lightly golden brown.
  5. Wait for them to cool. Remove the muffin pan and dip each donut hole into melted butter. Roll the donut holes in cinnamon sugar.
