Gomez Performs Live On Thanksgiving and Raises Funds Online
This report is brought to you by the Salvation Army
This holiday season, the Salvation Army has a new fundraising champion, recording artist, Selena Gomez! She is helping to spread the word about the Annual Red Kettle Campaign, which raises money to serve millions of children in need throughout the year.
The campaign kicks off the following Ms. Gomez’ nationally televised live halftime performance during the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game and extends through Christmas Eve.
“It’s an honor to be chosen by the Dallas Cowboys as The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle kickoff performer. I get to help start the Salvation Army bells ringing around the country and raise money that will provide more than 1 million toys for kids at Christmas and make sure they have a warm place to sleep and food to eat.
Just by putting change in the kettles, you can truly change a child’s life. Help me raise money by joining my online Red Kettle team at Online Red Kettle dot org slash Selena Gomez.”
