Here is the recipe for a peanut butter and banana power shake. It´s really good, and actress Victoria Justice approves too! This is good for breakfast. It will stay with you till lunch and it´s good if you don´t like eating in the morning.
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
5 ice cubes
1 sliced banana
Puree together for one minute, and enjoy!
