Hey guys! Here´s how to make delicious pumpkin cookies.

Healthy Pumpkin Cookies

Here are the ingredients you´ll need:

-1 cup of flour

-1/2 cup of sugar

-1 teaspoon baking powder

-1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1/4 cup canned pumpkin

-1/4 cup oil

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla

-1/2 teaspoon lowfat milk

-1 egg

– 1/2 cup dark choc. chips (can use milk choc. if desired)


1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt with the measurements provided above. Make sure you mix these ingredients together before step 2.

2. Next add the pumpkin, oil, vanilla, and low fat milk in the SAME bowl. Don´t mix yet!

3. Now crack the egg into the bowl. Make certain there are no shells in the bowl. Wash hands after cracking the egg to prevent illness.

4. Mix all the ingredients together by hand with a wooden spoon well. Once combined, add the dark chocolate chips in last and mix.

5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by spoon on a GREASED cookie sheet (or you can use parchment paper). Bake the cookies for approximately 10 minutes. This recipe makes about 12 medium/large sized cookies!
