- Mix in a bowl and make sure the banana is all mashed (you can also use also blend the ingredients, instead). Spray your pan with light cooking oil, EVOO, or coconut oil and place over medium heat. Scoop some of the batter onto the pan, give it about 20-30 seconds (until bubble appear on the top), flip and done.
