Avocado and “Goat Cheese” Sandwich

1. Slice a whole grain bread in thin slices

2. Spread a very ripe avocado directly on the sliced bread.

3. Add the goat cheese or the “vegan” cheese, which ever you prefer.

4. Top with a sprig of arugula.
