This is really a recipe that is easy to make and great to eat! You will need 1 and a half cups of almond flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, one of honey and one of vanilla for the crust. As for the topping, use ¼ melted butter, a cup of honey, three eggs, 1/3 cup of lemon juice and three tablespoons of water. Heat your oven to 375 degrees F, mix all your crust ingredients and then bake them for 15 minutes. While it is being baked, mix your lemon topping ingredients in a blender. Then, pour it over the crust and return it to the oven and bake at 325 degrees F until it has become firm. Then let it cool for a couple of minutes and put it into your fridge for a couple of hours.
